Altering Your Perception On Your Body's Weight

Let's not be hypocrites, if you are overweight, you feel bad about yourself each time you look at the mirror. You know for a fact that you so badly need to change your lifestyle to get the body that you want. You might not be aware of it, but the will to get fit begins with intense emotional pressure from yourself.
Here are two simple steps that you can do for you to really get serious.
STEP 1) GET DISGUSTED !
For a real change to happen, you need to become so loathed with the way you look.
Try asking yourself the following questions:
- Am I contented with the way I look on a daily basis?
- Do I feel happy knowing that the top 3 causes of diseases (stroke, heart attack, and cancer) are all related with my weight problems?
- Is this the type of body that I want to live with for my whole life?
- Have I done all possible means to change my body?
After answering these questions and feeling the emotions, you can scream out loud that you "NEVER, EVER WANT TO LOOK THE WAY YOU CURRENTLY LOOK NOW" (feel it with all your heart)
Step 2 - What makes you want what you want?
Try to think of what your new body will be. You can have it "fixed" with the help of photoshop, and have this posted wherever you can see this easily. Don't bother yourself how and when this will happen, just focus on the result that you want.
Write at least 250 words of your new body and your new health, write how you want to feel, how you want to look, what you want to do, where you want to go, what you want to wear, how you would feel when you can look in the mirror and realize that you did it,
Think about a time that you surprised your self, and realize this too can be one of those things, Realize that there have been 1000s of other over weight people just like yourself (or even worst than you) who were able to transform their physique and become a health billionaire.
Try to get emotional here, I want you to fall in love with this picture, say hello to your new self. This is your new self image, Drop the old Crap, you don't need it.
